A podiatrist is a doctor of Podiatric Medicine (D.P.M.), also known as a podiatric physician and surgeon, are among other medical professionals, qualified by their education and training to diagnose and treat conditions affecting the foot, ankle and related structures of the leg.
Dr. Ki Sang Yi
Dr. Ki Sang Yi attended the University of California at Irvine, where he received a B.S. degree majoring in Biological Sciences and Psychology. He graduated from the California College of Podiatric Medicine, where he was a recipient of Phi Delta National Honor Society, on the Dean's Honor List, and participated in multiple academic office positions. He later continued his podiatric and surgical residency training at the Pacific Hospital of Long Beach. He also served as teaching staff of the residency program.
Dr. Yi's experience includes extensive treatment of diabetic foot care and wound care, foot and ankle ailments, sports medicine, minor podiatric foot surgery, and also pediatric and geriatric foot care.
Dr. Connie Wong
Dr. Connie Wong attended the University of California at San Diego, where she received a B.S. degree majoring in Biological Sciences and minoring in Psychology. She graduated from the California College of Podiatric Medicine and was on the Dean's Honor List. She later completed a Podiatric residency at Los Angeles County/USC Medical Center and a Podiatric Surgical residency at Pacific Hospital of Long Beach, besides working in private practice, she also works and volunteers her time at other local clinics and hospitals. She has hospital affiliations with Long Beach Memorial Medical Center, Pacific Hospital of Long Beach, St. Mary Medical Center, Little Company of Mary San Pedro Hospital, and Harbor/UCLA Medical Center.
Dr. Wong's experience includes podiatric surgery in the correction of bunions, hammertoes, and other foot deformities. She also provides treatment for diabetic wounds and ulcerations and general podiatric medicine.
